  • Superb album...loved every groove on it !!

  • I had this tape, bought it new in 1981 and wore it out.

Such a great group...so many great memories...

    Thanks for posting this.

  • Thnks for Sharing. Great song! And slightly different from the album,I guess this is a radio single version the one I have in Lp (yes in Lp, we're in 1981,aren't we?...) is longer and have a great Vocals-as-Brass orchestral break and a Jay Graydon's guitar solo about two and a half minutes.Great great song, thanks again.

  • Take a ride on the Boulevard top back ,smoke a joint before you leave home, and cruise, with the music playing

  • 😍 wonderful

    thanks a lot

  • first concert i got to go to as a7 or 8 year old manchild...complex harmonies...rhythms.....the guys who used to play for steely dan backing up the singers.....cool for the early 80's....because of this concert my friend said my vocal harmonies csound like the manhattan transfer meeets the mahavishnu orchestra....thanks mike hurst from blade of grass! that is the best musical compliment I have eevr received....and special thanks to manhattan transfer for illuminating my subconcious

  • Manhattan Transfer is wonderful...this song shows their versitility and "tight harmonies"...

  • this group is the above all genius vocal group of all time...im 50 my opinion is the only one that counts...lol:)))

  • AWESOME. This was the first Manhattan Transfer album I ever heard and it's still my favorite. Do you have "Wanted (Dead Or Alive)"? I wanted to put it on my FB profile but no one has uploaded it here yet...PLEASE? :)

  • can we hear it for Steve Gadd on drums? Vintage Gadd here... and still cookin' now w/ Eric Clapton etc etc etc

  • @gregoryburrows I know, great.

  • @gregoryburrows he also played drums for some of the tracks on Karen Carpenter's solo album...

  • This track got a whole lot of play at my house then & now

  • 3:20, 3:38 and the fade, gives me chills, so gorgeous, it makes the song for me, what rich harmony...

  • I love this albun, thanks for posting that son sooooogoooooooooooood
