  • Love this man

  • It's unfortunate that he blew his voice out earlier in the show...not one of his finest moments...but a bad night for Lou Gramm is better than a great night for lesser mortals LOL

  • I just saw Foreigner?? minus Lou Gramm & minus Mick Jones(someone stood in for him, don't remember the name & don't know why)..Kelly Hanson doesn't look bad for 50 & he hopped around like a kid..The only song he sang which he originally sang was "Can't Slow Down"..He didn't sing "When It Comes To Love" or "In Pieces" which I happen to like..But, but, but he cannot compare to Lou live..We all love the Foreigner sound but the Voice belongs to Lou!

  • foreigner is awesome amen to them xxx if only modern bands were half this talented xx

  • lOU IS UP THERE WITH THE LIKE OF rONNIE dIO

  • @JacobMansonNYC Don't know that I would go so far as to say that...

  • Always felt that AC/DC would do a better job on this song. Does anyone know if they've ever covered it?

  • I like Lou Gramm's vocal's on every song, but I like Kelly Hanson vocals on Hot Blooded better I don't know why... But Lou is the original so he will always be better...

  • @lovelougramm4ever, Right On!

  • @wclehr and why in the hell Kelly Hanson didn't make any Hit's songs like Lou Gramm when he was in his old group/band? why leave his band and join Foreigner if he's that good? Do you know any hit song he ever sang and made it to the top 10 Billboard? YES! you are entitled to your own opinion don't ever watch Lou Gramm if you don't like what you hear just stick with your Kelly Hanson.

  • great song and voice but not even close to the best ever! bruce dickinson freddy mercury just to mention a couple even new groups like avenged sevenfold have more range

  • @deadpool2334 Don't forget Chris Cornell. That guy can wail.

  • 14 people are Jukebox zeros!

  • One of these days someone will loop the 1st 20 seconds of this song and come up with another kick ass song(maybe trent reznor)

  • @wclehr Oh man. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but there is just no way Mr. Hanson can come close to Lou Fucking Gramm.

  • @AliceMarr Fuckin' Amen !!!!

  • and all this time that damn tumor is growing in his brain.....oh God.....poor guy!!!

  • How can you not like this song!! Awesome

  • if i hear Lou in interviews ,i would never think that he can sing like this.he's voice is "normal",not like Billy Idols voice he even speaks with a bariton -voice .

  • @MediaBoyz09 Are you sure? I seriously doubt it. Gramm's songs are some of the hardest for any singer to sing.

  • @VIDEOHEREBOB That's that "Taurus Magic"!!

  • I accidently pressed the dislike button so I am going to go commit scuicide

  • i had goose bumps throughout the whole song! thats how badass this song is!

  • I watched them over the summer in Prince Frederick, MD. I know its not the original members but they still put on one hell of a show. They were so awesome

  • started off a little shaky but then got amazing

  • I lived this in the day.. Driving around.. then owning someone at pinball! Gimme some thumbs for owning the ball!!!

  • @mft760 thumbs down for you liking balls, faggit

  • I agree with Bachbeer!

  • there's a high school band called renegade trying to bring back this kind of music. look up "renegade sweet child o mine cover"

  • Foreigner just isn't Foreigner without Lou Graham. Yeah Kelly Hansen is talented, but he performs off of the bar that Lou set. Just watch a live performance of "I Want to Know what Love Is". Amazing

  • @JodyBreezeUNCC -No they would not be the same without Lou Gramm (Louis Grammatico)

  • what is sad about most rock singers is that we as fans here the studio cut of them and most studio cuts of these singers are all young singers when they record these great songs, and as they get older they start to lose that edge that make that song so good like Lou,or Jimmy Jamison two of the greatest vocalist just to name a few, but that's apart of getting old I guess.

  • @2424tippy Yes, but you can't fault them for that. Lou is sounding pretty good these days. Lou was in a class by himself in his heyday.

  • Its not foreigner without Lou Graham

  • @preston6671 Not sure what you're looking at but they rock with Kelly Hansen....

  • Lou is struggling here... bloody hard song to sing at the end of a gig when your hot and bothered... it can really fry your voice !! Lou was the original.. but really.. Kelly Hansen is a better frontman... the band are better now than they ever were... Hansens vocals are always top notch.. he has his own style but of course emulates Gramm at the same time.. if you havent seen em with Kelly... do a youtube search.. lots of clips of the new band.. the new album is great too..!!

  • Yeah, Micks Guitar comes alive !!!!

  • I don't know who this dude is but I saw Foreigner recently in Detroit and the current band is better than the origninal one. Mick Jones is the only one still with the band from the original lineup. I was stunned by what I saw. Check them out if you love Foreigner songs. I took my young son who loves 80's rock. I did not want to go cause I love Lou's voice. Wow. Was I in for a surprise.

  • foreigner is NOT THE SAME without lou gramm

  • Touring takes a toll on a singers voice. And lou graham was not a trained singer he just sang from his guts .ONE OF THE BEST SINGERS IN ROCK THERE EVER WAS!

  • one of the greatest ever

  • HE HEARD ONE GUITAR!! BWAAAAAH!

  • Poor version, sorry.

  • this song got badass written all over it

  • love this song

  • to all wana be vocalist ,,,lou has set the bar for you[ good luck]

  • @bachbeer As well as Mr. Graham Bonnett

  • @bachbeer

Fact is. There are more technical singers then Lou ever was. But what they can't add to there singing, is the amazing tune, that he possessed once. He had this one of a kind way of adding pitch from rockers heaven.

  • @ryll3 Not to mention the incredible power and range.

  • @ryll3 He's an expert at singing the most resonant vowel for his particular voice and breath support for two singers. He's a singer's singer.

  • wow no wonder lou gramm lost his voice

  • Go search for their Live performances in CAL Jam II singing Starrider, Cold As Ice, and Feels Like The First Time in the late 70s. Compare the hair and clothes they wore then and you would know what I mean. I love the band but the fashion then suited them rockers better.

  • o yes one of the best...

  • TO PIVOTOOL... uncool ?! ... i dont know about that..... the ripped T - shirt isn't ripped enough & the jeans look HOT

  • Loved and still love the original band.

This live performance is awesome. Only thing uncool is the torn T Lou's wearing.

  • loool true

  • That's rock and roll.. sorry they cant be as well dressed as the jonas brothers.

     : /

  • @pivotool This isn't the original band.

  • THIS IS THE ANTHEM BABY!!!!!!!! :D

  • who is thing? Cindy Laupor?

  • Read the title!!

  • This song and band back in the day really kicked A*s!

  • Dating for Rock/Metal/Goth/Punk

    HeavyMetalChicks (.) com

  • This was in Japan, they probably figured the lyrical part was less important and thus half-assed it.

  • Lou's voice sounds worn...band is not too tight here.

  • I finally heard it the way Foreigner wanted me to hear it and Dude let me tell you this song ROCKS!!!! It has everything you need Great lyrics, Great music Great solo...performed well!!!! Thank Foreigner You have helped my band!!!!

  • Recorded version is better.

  • sounds horrable...and its my favourite song!

  • Dudes...This was awful. Happy to see Brian Head on drums now.

  • Is Micks guitar a gibson?

  • Mick Jones guitar is a Gibson Les Paul Custom Guitar.

  • cool.. thanks.....thoughts so....awesome guitar solo...

  • Very few rock singers can sound this awesome at 6:40 screaming his ball's off in tune. Awesome vocal!

  • @VIDEOHEREBOB idr his name, but the whitesnake singer did,

  • @VIDEOHEREBOB Oh yeah. I wonder if his balls feel hot with all of those eyes glued to them......just an aside *evil grin*

  • he is so bad

  • great luo

  • Great Lou Gramm - he will always be a LEGEND !!!!!!

  • such a great song

  • Yeah...sounds like he had a cold. Sometimes altitude can affect a singer due to the pressure on the whole aural system. Japan is pretty high altitude I think. Maybe that was it.

  • Go Mick! he doesn't miss a note!!

  • WOW, this was a overall tough concert for Foreigner, "ROCK 85 JAPAN" its like every song they played there were plenty of errors.. not like them.. i wish i knew the story behind it all !!!
