A mixed grip overhead press is one thing. An overhead press with the hands at the bottom of the keg is another. This is what I would consider beginnger keg lifting. As soon as the lifter changes his hands from the top and bottom grip to double bottom grip, it becomes much harder task. There is also much strength to be gained by setting the keg back down instead of throwing it.
