Been listening to this song almost daily since this album was released. The tune is so infectious that even when I'm not listening to it, I'm thinking about it, hearing it in my head all the time. Much like when you hear something annoying that you can't shake, only I'm quite happy to have this occupy my thoughts.

To me, the whole song sounds like Mogwai's experiment with space rock, and I'm not just saying that because of the addition of synth and feedback. It just all feels like something strange or paranormal is happening somewhere at the same time as the picture in the album cover was taken. And this is the theme song to it.

The bass line and the drums are the only straightforward elements for me. The melody that both guitars and the keys play is very beautiful, and has a bit of an intricate path. I've listened to Mogwai since the first day that Young Team was released, and I'm applauding them to leave the 'stars low and end high' element that's so very prevalent and played out in post rock today.
