This song would be soooo much better if you pronounced our state correctly! The first A in Nevada is pronounced like the A in bad not like the A in heart. Redo it with the correct pronunciation and us Nevadans would really appreciate this song that much more. Great job though, beautiful song.
God Bless you, both for singing this song. My dad was a big-band era guitarist and singer. He used to sit me on his lap and have me strum his guitar while he played chords and sang to me. This particular song is so dear to my heart, that I can't get through singing it. He always sang it for my mom. They are both gone, now, Thank you so very, very much. By the way, nice job. Dad would have been proud of you boys.
I want to thank you for sharing this video. I lost my mother two days ago and she always sang this song to me and my sisters. I did not know it was a real song and I thank you from the bottom of my heart so I could hear the whole song. I would love to have a copy of you two singing it if I could...With love and thanks...Betty
duets at the Blue Ridge Music Center. I had the great pleasure of meeting Willard a couple of months ago...he's an incredibly gifted pencil artist, probably the best I've witnessed. And it was such fun to share his music at the Center. You can sure play a mandolin! Hope to view more of your music from here in AZ!
