very good introduction, it is easy say, let's go to put equipment in original status and than care better. The problem is that many equipment is not capable since start. Operators behave like children with toys, maintenance guys are not skilled and like to fight with fire to become a hero when machine is running again. TPM is for very adult people. If you want to succed on this field, your weapons are teambuilding, short interval management, competency development and responsibility definition.
