heeeey! cool. Filipinos also pronounce "tu" as a "ch" sound. We're actually made fun of because of that. Hmph. How ignorant of them :|

My mom is Filipina, so sometimes I don't notice those little quirks with her accent because it's become so normal to me. My mom's accent is definitely more "American" than her friends' though! Wonder why.

No... but that's another good example. The way I say "dew" is the same as "Jew".
