Well, pretty standard band on CD but i saw them live in 2006, wow, one of the most eventful and brilliant gigs ive been to, people thrown out, drug busts, footballl hooligans, the show stopped then started again, a great crowd of different people and a great live performance by the band.

To say you dislike the others you certainly pop on to their vids a fair bit. and "that twat Pete Doherty" and bands of the time such as The Others (and a bit of help from the American Strokes) are what saved half the kids from listening to shite like Limp Bizkit and Linkin Park. Regardless of how shit you think these bands are, they saved us from that. Some progress is always better than no progress eh :)

Dominic Masters is by no means middle class. His mother dealt drugs out of the flat they lived in and through pure effort on his own behalf he worked extremely to get a degree in politics but still chose to live the life of being in a band.

Just what the world needs, another band like the others, they're shit quite frankly, the lead singer is irritating and thinks he's a cross between Damon Alburn and David Bowie and is making the same tired old statements. They're are a million bands like the others out there, however they are all made up of 12 or 13 years old. Truly awful band and song.

Please...there are hundreds of bands with more musical talent than The Others, who don't get signed etc, thats the sad part of the music industry. I think that the others gigging in tube trains, their attitude etc was/is brilliant but you have to back it up with decent songs/talent. Yeah and I am obviously a sad lonely bastard or I wouldn't be sat here commenting on you tube videos...
