Squatting at 90% then 50% for 5 of 10 then lunges u don't need to isolate no hamstring they should be about done. I have tried to hit some lying leg curls after this routine and it just don't work. Just to get in 12 reps I'm down to using like 50 lbs. that to me is sign that my Hans are done.

@banditos1967 Cause biceps prove nothing. Legs are a huge body part that show stength and toughness to get through those last couple reps. Biceps? lol some small muscle group that doesnt even take up half of the arm.
technically btw would it not be more beneficial to do less training the stronger you get?, makes sense since a 400 lb squat is more taxing to the system than a 225lb squat etc etc
I'm doing mike ohearns program I love. Squat day is 7 sets of 4 then 5 sets of 10 then 3 sets of 8. I add two exercises I love it making all kinds of gains.
You should try out frontsquats up to 75% for 4-5 reps, these are done with full ROM (ass to grass!) then going directly to leg-extensions for 12-15reps with a weight you can handle. Keep in mind that u should do the heavy backsquats first, before you do this :D

you sure changing up the Wendler program like that is a good idea? I already had that idea and asked him on q+a, and he replied thats not his program and if he thought it would work better, he would have put it in the book.
also want to add Ive found the powerlifting version helped increase 1rep max strength, I hit my 1st 600 dead using it. Ive tried what you are doing now, and it didnt work out to be that beneficial at all.Wendler reccomends just repeating the first 2 sets, and going for max reps on the first set if you want more volume.

@Sh4d0wZ0n3 heh =) I only use myfitnesspal for Me... So most of the time it won't make sense to people who check on me. Ex: If it was 10pm and I logged up to that point and I was short 50carbs and 50 protein... I'd go and eat what would take care of that, I wouldn't spend the time to go and document what I ate to let everyone know I'm hitting my macros :)
