  • 3.82 Ghz with my pentium 4 !!

  • Hardware puts people together.

    greetz from Germany

    (got the e6850)

  • geil cpu und board.....

  • love the music!!! "lets fighting love"

  • using my e6600, asus striker extreme 1102 bios and silverstone op1000 psu, i hit 3.4ghz @1700fsb (x8) easily at auto voltages except for vtt (1.25v) and nb core (1.25v!) I use a thermalright ultra-120 extreme hs + high cfm fan. idle is 32-34C, tat is 47-59. my ram (only a 2 x 1gb team elite 800) is @850(link sync) using a 5-5-5-12 timings. it passed all orthos tests @ hot ambient temps here in ph. superpi @ 1m is ~14.8s. i can go further but i'd rather not risk damage. hope this helps! ^^

  • to critics:

yeah i know you can go higher. even here in the philippines, guys oc their e6600 up to 5ghz and less than 11 sec 1m superpi(pm me for the link). but these guys just got their rig from the shop.

  • cool! ^^ I have similar hardware and my first oc on the e6600 was also 3.2ghz. :D you can go even further up. ^^

btw, to enhance your 3dmark score, you can also oc your gtx. use nibitor (latest version) to edit the bios and nvflash to flash it. ^^

  • how come ur zalman is in the wrong orientation?

  • run the benchies at high res like 1600x1200 or 2560x1536

  • True that's why the GTX has a insane amount of vram, that will give you the "real" scores, Also you should up that overclock thats kinda week, I mean I know alot of 6400's that are higher then yours

  • but it is a fresh built system and we overclock it immedately at the shop , so we don't have much time to take a final tune , from the title u can see it just an orientation

  • What resolution is 3dmark06 running at?

  • 1280 * 1024

  • No offence but thats a weak 06 score guys.

you should be looking at aroun 12k or more minimum.

    I hit over 13k on a E6700 on a very similar setup.

and over 12k on an e4300.

Nice video, keep up the good work.

  • Well anyone can have a badass rig with enough money.

    I'm running E6700, 3.4 outta box with a Zalman 9700, a xfx 8800 gtx xxx, stock (Rivatuner not working w/ 8800 and Vista?) on a P5N32E-SLI.

and to the guy who's saying 3.4 vs a 3.2 E6600, it's about the same, and some argue the 3.2E6600 is better. It's pretty much a subjective opinion at the level.

  • 16 seco n super pi? I got a qx6700 3.4 ghz and i get 16 sec on 1 mil

  • E6600 still has double the cache over what you claim that E6300 can atain. I got my E6600 to 3.3Ghz on an EVGA n680i mobo today and that will do me just fine for now :D Coupled to dual 8800GTX in sli

  • I hit 3 right out of box, and I have DDR2 800 6400

not much better to me.... I mean, yeah, 11k is a lot, but I've seen SO much better

expensive ass mobo, expensive ass RAM and I bet you my CPU would smoke the shit outta his, only thing that guy's got on me is the g80...

video quality sucks, I can't see what frames he was getting... too bright....

neat none-the-less, but 3.2 is nothing.

    IIII can hit 3.2GHz on an e6300, DDR2 800, P5B Deluxe...

  • yeah, E6600 does have double the cache over E6300.

  • Yeah, and even then, I can get 3.4 stable on MY e6300...

    thus making it a LOT better than the "4MB Cache'd" e6600 @ 3.2GHz

  • best one to OC is the 4300 I think
