Yes, we were paid. First let me say I think it's a mistake to "trick" people into being advertised to. There's no trick here. It's in the title and in the video. We fully admit it. We make all our other videos and they cost us money (money we don't have). We were happy to do this, entirely improvised, shot, edited and delivered in about 8 hours. I think any company is just better off being up front about it all. If the ad is funny, then people watch it and talk about it. "Stealth" ads are lame.
