When the families of the victims don't believe he did it, which to be fair, his guilt was pinned on the guy who sold the clothing in Malta who, for a tailor, couldn't correctly assess the guy's height (he said 6 foot, when Magrahi is 5'8" - a big margin of error) he also said the day he came to his shop it was raining, heavily, which narrowed it down to two dates, one, when Magrahi could prove he wasn't in Malta and one when he was....

So: we had the Cursades, the Inquisition (where a lot of innocents died), a lot of blood was shed in our religion's name. And btw: the Bible was rewritten so many times to serve the purpose of controlling the flock, that only few passages remain of the original Bible.
