I see no problem going in with the charged line for this size fire, anything more CHARGE IT!! The fact that he was using a helmet cam, wow, must have had to blow alot of dust of it. Your in Kenmore not KENTLAND. Oh, BTW ever think of bleeding the air out of the line towards the ground, and checking your nozzle setting first.
Going in a basement fire with a dry hose line is just Danergous. Its not like they had a long hose stretch, It was an easy fire. what happens if it really was a nasty fire. someone could have gotten hurt. Not worth it. Just my though. Cammand needs some help.

well u can get water in a matter of seconds plus its easier to maneuver a dead line inside a house than a charged line.
