they said in another report that florida has 13 and michigan had 19 the last time i heard anything. they said florida had alot of people move out of the sate this year.

I wonder how many people actually believe 9.7% is the real number. You know it's manipulated and kept artificially low, but does anyone really know by how much? I would guess the number to be more like 18-25%.
