It's interesting in the manual for the game there is a picture of Triceraton fighting another Character but he is shown as player one, Has anyway noticed that?
That should not be troublesome either, since it's probably just a byte change so that they have the color pallete change and speak with crazy clone voices. Much liek the stages, I suspect. What you need to do after all that is done, is to make a IPS patch for the ROm to keep all those codes active, so that we can patch the rom to make them always available for play. It's callled an "Enhancement" patch. =)
I don't know... For example, when Jurassic Planet is activated, ALL chosen Stages will teleport you to Jurassic Planet ! No good... I'm currently making a Trainer instead. But you'll have to use the same emulator as me, Gens32 Surreal 1.86 HD... Sorry about that but that's the best I can do for now.

Can these codes work on the original game and game genie, or only in emulator?

YEEEEEES ! I found a way to play in Jurassic Planet, Technodrome and The Dojo ! And you were right : It "only" took me 2 or 3 hours ! ^^
But this time, I wasn't able to do it using Game Genie codes. I used Cheat Engine instead. And Gens32 Genesis emulator...
Next (and final) step : Make turtle clones playable in 2P-Mode ! =)
