some people are just amazing, they skip over the treatment of this poor woman but complain about a word. "Fuck" is offence, but mistreatment of a fellow human being is second to that? perhaps that's why the world is going the way it is, because people focus on their own feelings and sensibilities rather than the bigger picture.

I was in the hospital a couple of months ago with a serious condition and this one nurse was so rough and crass....I had to say something to someone about it. She was just angry, mean & nasty and I couldn't understand how she was still working there. But it scares me that some of the wrong people could also have a job as a home care wker.

Thank-you for this video. You are right here. This video was very, very, very upsetting b/c I have elderly parents and I am always concerned about this issue of abuse. And you are right , seniors have to be respected and delicately cared for...but people sometimes become disconnected from the fact, this could be their parent. It becomes a job....
