if your pitchers r good in ur league u would strike out evry time u are wayyyyy to upright and you will never ever hit the low and outside pitch you need to bend your nees trust me ive hit plenty of homeruns to no wat im talking about iv hit a measured 350 ft home run wen i was 12 and hit three in one game twice

None but my coach says my bat speed of a tee is pretty fast even though I use a 33 inch 30 ounce bat. I think it was between 73-75 MPH, but that was like in January

take a wider stride to the ball, and rotate your hips faster, and keep both hands on the bat until you have completely stopped, you get more power, and following through with one hand can throw your shoulder out, keep up the work though
