  • Our Federal government has no constitutional authority to force people to buy health insurance. In addition, it has no constitutional authority to force people to violate their conscience by paying an insurance premium with an insurance company that is forced by the federal government to provide baby killing drugs. There is no "opt out"-either through your company's plan or government run health care, your premium goes toward a plan that covers baby killing drugs under the guise of "health".

  • Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. One lie after another, that's all he does. I once respected him as the person who held the office of the presidency. But, with his constant lying, I no longer listen to anything he has to say anymore, becuase I know it's just more of the same.

  • i pay cash when i go to the doctor, how can that hurt someone else? my brother went to the emergency room for a broken arm and my dad paid monthly payments. i don't get how paying payments rise the premium for the " rest of us"?

  • The individual mandate was a rep idea and when obama indorsed it they all suddenly opposed it. There shouldnt even be private health insurance, why should they make billions for providing no service other than reject coverage for preexisting conditions? Fuck private insurance! Fuckin crooks dont do shit but cheat and bribe unethical rep to support them. Obamas plan was horrible, but thats only bc there wasnt a public option allowing people to choose a gov plan that wouldve been cheaper.

  • where was this lecture given?

  • what is sad is that Obama still makes a false arguement and uses circular reasoning to equate car insurance to health insurance.

  • actually it is fair Mr. Prez. If your polices and going to fuck up this country putting me and a lot of other people out of work, then I am just one of many which will say no to your crappy health care mandate/insurance policies because it is a scam as are you. As long as I'm living paycheck to paycheck without any guarantee of stable employment, then I'll mange my own living expenses where health insurance will be a luxury. Get back to paying in cash and outlaw medical insurance.

  • See: "President Obama's Health Insurance Reform"

  • People in this country are like kids. You have to baby them and tell them they need you have to buy health insurance. People in this country eat like shit, smoke, do drugs, drink and drive and kill each other and expect to live a long life. Well getting sick isnt an option. Its 100% going to happen, so why am i buying health insurace when someone else feels like they dont have to and expect to be treated when they get sick.

  • @cesar333 LOL what the fuck ever happened to paying a reasonable and customary amount for services rendered. Oh yeah that's right you haven't figured it out yet that health care costs have grossly and unjustly inflated and you think the solution is to maintain pricey healthcare coverage.People will eventually need to rise up and have some guts (all 90-100%) of them to dump their insurance coverage and finally stand up to a for profit system. Until then continue to be played. It's a fucking scam.

  • @cesar333 the way I see it hospitals/medical facilities that grossly over charge need to be allowed to go bankrupt. The system needs to start resetting big time. Either that or start charging a sliding scale fee based on a persons income. It's a trade off. The more succesful people in life that are making that 6 figure salary will pay more while I pay much much less for services rendered. Insurance is not that answer and the coverage nowadays flat out sucks. Outlaw medical insurance.

  • I currently have healthcare. If the bill passes, I'm getting rid of it. I'd rather die because I cant afford an operation than submit to tyranny on this level. Car insurance is a completely different matter, you get it in case you hurt someone else, its a liability thing. Its like him saying an apple is a tomato. As usual, Obama serves up a crock of shit.

  • guess our socialist leader forgot that 1: there is no federal mandate/law for car insurance. becouse it is unconstitutional. 2; if you sign up for car insurance you dont get imediate coverage, and that totaly debunks his analagy. and lets look at romneycare. you get this insurance (VA bennifits dont cut it) or you pay a $250,000 per day fine and up to 5 years in jail. if you think this is a good thing, go move to france or greece, or spain or ireland, are we seeing a patern here yet?

  • @abntemplar82 hmm I don't make $250,000 a day nor do I own any assets. Making not having insurance a crime or anything else is just an indicator of a very stupid state/federal govt. Fining people that live paycheck to paycheck isn't going to work either and at last check, a good cross section of individuals were not raking in $50,000/yr. However I'll play ball if I'm paid a living wage and can afford decent living conditions (not going to happen).

  • @shaithis80 so the idea that you are forced to buy a product doesnt bother you? am i reading this right? the bottom line with obamacare and romneycare for that matter is that it forces a person to buy a product that they dont want or need. it will only benifit the insurance, and drug companies. costs of insurance have risen dramatically since 1 jan 2011 and will continue to go up, as will drug costs. basic medical costs too. i agree that making not having medical insurance a crime is stupid

  • @abntemplar82 just to clear things up, yes it bothers me that I'm forced to buy something. I actually stated my conditions for abiding by a bogus law that doesn't reflect real life working scenarios in the lower classes. The product nowadays is watered down and a rip off and the U.S. govt does have the IQ to bring health care costs back down to where one can just pay a reasonable and custmary amount in cash without going bankrupt.

  • @shaithis80 would that be the same us goverenment you speak of that cant even fight a war the right way? or deliver the mail on time? or fix our national highways? or rebuild our infrastructure? and so now you want to put them in charge of health care. you do know that socialist health care takes the decision away from the doctor as to who and what kind of care you get and gives it to a bueracrat. that sounds like a good deal lets let some undereducated moron decide who gets treated.

  • @abntemplar82 you seem to misread a lot into my comments. When I talk about bringing health care costs back down. I'm not referring to insurance. Reasonable medical rates where one can pay a reasonable amount in cash without going broke. I think we should just get rid of health insurers altogether. And don't really hear an overcharged public taking a stand and cancelling their policies. I just don't think U.S. citizens have the guts for a nationwide boycott. Sad.

  • @abntemplar82 either the U.S. will hold together or it will break up. Today's Federal govt seems very out touch with all states and territories. Would the system work with smaller Federal systems vs a one size fits all. Though the same logic can apply to disorganized state govts as well.Today's system just seems to be more of a scam and we have all been overcharged and taken advantage of.It'll get worse before it gets better. 1984: Required reading material. Read and rebel against big bro.

  • @shaithis80 this is true and i have read 1984 more than once. it is coming true now. i have no love of big brother, hell i served him for nearly 3 decades so i know better. but you are right in that the way the system is today it is a huge scam. the american sheeple seem to forget that self governence means you have to be involved or you get taken advantage of. if obamacare is so good why not make it a constitutional amendment? guess they are affraid it wont pass.

  • @abntemplar82 scam or not, I still wake up and make my on minor contribution. Work and economic activity of some sort (groceries/gas/etc etc). I just know some things are beyond my control, but I try not to have many assets lying around that can be targeted by big brother. I like living cheap if at all possible and there are parts of the U.S. where the cost of living is pretty cheap and affordable. Those in power seem to create their own problems etc etc.

  • @abntemplar82 I don't think it has hit home just yet that in our early history, we made due without many medical professionals, insurance bureaucrats, etc and we did indeed progress, manufacture, etc etc. Now it is just a bunch of price gouging. What U.S. citizens should realize that one day we will all die however we shouldn't let a for profit industry price gouge/bankrupt us.

  • @abntemplar82 in early history, we were more or less survivalists and living off the land. Though we might have been better off letting Wall Street starve LOL! The scary thing about it all now is that us city dwellers are reliant on others. Kinda difficult to live off the grid.

  • @shaithis80 yea tell me about it, now with this new ndaa crap, if you have more than two weeks food stored you can be considered a low level terrorist. hell i got 8 people living here, i buy the food a month at a time.its just easier that way.do what you can to prep for emergency, and off the grid living as best you can without breaking the bank, hit me up personally and i can help direct you. first look for a morman (lds) food pantry, they got great bulk deals and its cheap as hell.

  • @abntemplar82 I like to think some towns are better situated than others but whatever happens will happen. I'm relocating to where I can ink out a living and staying out of the bigger markets altogether. Just have to know the people that are around you and offer whatever skills you have and contribute if it really gets that bad. I think our system is unique because each state is organized with their own executive branch in the event the Feds drop the ball big time.I think states will survive.

  • @shaithis80 you pretty much hit the nail on the head there. look for groups in your area, state wide, and get involved with them. learn and watch, things are going to get real ugly real soon...the states will survive but in what condition? that is the question, as well as who will be incharge of them. we are coming to a point in our history that is ugly in the extreme...be prepared food, water, ammo....good luck and god bless!

  • @abntemplar82 either towns willl be resourceful and people work together or you'll have fighting. I'm not about to use a weapon as I have no defined targets. There are plenty of ways to be helpful however I'm just not paranoid. I agree with having an ample supply of food and water on hand in the event public services are ever disrupted. Just have to know your neighbors and organize accordingly if and when the time comes. If I was living in more remote locations, I'd consider carrying.

  • @shaithis80 the history of natural disasters as well as man made disasters (war etc) has proven that those who dont have food water and the basics will take what they can from whomever they can. believe me i dont want to fire on another person in my life again but if i have to.. it is not in the remote locations you need to worry, it is the burbs and the cities. just look to katrina and new orleans for proof. and now that the citezens are still unarmed the crime rate is skyrocketing.

  • @abntemplar82 and I understand that harsh aspect when it comes to survival. It just depends on the mentality of the neighborhood one is in. I'd rather use my skills though in assisting somoen vs. taking someone's life. Breaking and entering and all and attempted roberies are a completely different story. In the interim I'll just start stocking up on staples but I do think this economy is diverse and hopefully organized in some aspect to operate in absence of an irrelvant Federal govt.

  • @shaithis80 the reason for the states rights is many. first and formost, each state is a sovern nation in and of itself. if you ever study business for example, if you ship products out of your state to another it is considered internatinal sales. second and most importantly, the founders knew a strong central goverenment was a threat to the liberties of the people. the many post 911 acts etc and now NDAA monster are all the proof anyone should need of this.

  • @shaithis80 i completely agree with you that it is rediculasly stupid for these laws. one point that supporters never want to address is this. since we are talking about a fundimental change of the constitution why not do it the right and legal way, a constitutional amendment. if this idea is so very good, why not let the american people vote on it, affraid it wont pass? by passing this law this way it only furthers the userpation of power by the exucutive branch.

  • It should not be controversial but why is it SOOOOOOOOOOO many people are against his health care plan?

It don't take a fucking rocket scientist to see he's trying to fuck us with health care.

Over in Norway and Libya, you get health care for FREE. Over here in the U.S. it is expensive as shit. So once he passes this, he can just raise taxes even more, and not worry about people that need proper medical attention cause they won't be able to afford it anymore.

  • Dissenters to the camps !

  • YOU CANNOT FORCE US TO BUY THIS INSURANCE! !REALLY LISTEN TO WHAT HE'S SAYING! ! YOU WILL BE FINED BY THE USA IRS IF YOU DON'T BUY INTO THIS GARBAGE! ! LET'S WAKEUP FOLKS! GET THE DUMMY OUT OF OUR WALLET AND OUT OFFICE! !

  • This man sure likes the word IF allot. And If is a mighty big word. It is like selling refrigerators to eskamos. Maybe his next job should be a sales man god only knows if the company would ever make a profit

  • And as far the replublicans go george bush even pushed this agenda knowing full will what bill clinton was up to by passing it [nafta & gatt] . Honestly this goverment is looking more and more like a spiders web that has been drugged on meth . Were is the common sense. It sure isn't coming from this jugg head and the likes of him .

  • These legal USA citizen truckers are stopped from earning a living because now their to exspensive to transport in their own contry this is a prime example of the stimulus shovel ready job. Oh, the shovel is full and you know by now whats in it. It does'nt make a tinkgling feeling up my leg , but it sure does hurt were the sun never shines . As JOE PINE would say, WAKE UP AMERICA!!! and that my rant.

  • Obama told the USA that he was going to repeal nafta in 2007. Yet what he done, abslolutley nothing .He lied to us then and is lying to us now. Interesting that he never brings this up on his behave. Right now truckers are loosing thier jobs at the border ,because now instead oftrucks being stopped at the borderline and reconnected to usa truckers for transport into the usa, they are now permitted to drive from the border to clear to canada. It's a total RIPPOFF!!

  • Obama also has given perks to certain companys and unions to be exempt from enacting his obligation to purchase into his plan . Mitt didn't ask that of anyone, yet from what I've read his plan sucked bad too. two wrongs don't a make aright . Give worm a inch and he will certainly take the whole yard. THere won't be anything that the goverment can't make buy or give up. We to stay concerned and learn from our mistakes. justice maybe blind but not the statute of liberty. stay alert!

  • The law doesn't require you to have a drivers linsence .Only those with a lisence would need insurance. So only those with licence are obligated to buy. And remember driving legally is not RIGHT, IT is considered a PRIVLEDGE through state law. His assump tion doesn't hold water.

  • the first thing obama said in this vid is true, "here is the problem" he said while pointing to himself! if the american people believe this monster and all the crap that comes out his mouth, well you will get what you deserve, sheeple

  • I can't remember, in my lifetime of 48 years, any president who lies and cries so openly and unashamed as this Thief-In-Chief. It's strangely amusing to listen to his struggled speech when he has no teleprompter, words written by some other dud.

  • how is he a constitutional lawyer.. cause idk what constitution he studied

  • Forcing someone to buy something against their will is controversial. Ask the liberal 11th Circuit Court of Appeals who just said the individual mandate is UNCONSTITUTIONAL. By the way, Obama was against it before he was for it. John Kerry has nothing on the biggest flip-flopping fraud in US history.

  • It's become controversial because it's unconstitutional. >:(

  • He says he doesn't support NAFTA but he sure supports NAFTA for guns! Albeit in one direction....

  • Idiotic analogy too. States don't force you to buy cars.

  • Why is he against a so-called "dictator" like Qaddafi when he's admitting he's standing there admitting to being a dictator? He says, "if you can afford it" yet if you can't, you go to jail.

  • He earlier dismissed an individual mandate by saying, “If a mandate was the solution, we could try that to solve homelessness by mandating everybody buy a house” Prez Liar

  • funny - at the end of this clip BHO mentioned to the TV host that if he could force a mandate to purchase HC ins then he could force a mandate to purchase a house to solve homelessness...then he said IT DOESN"T.

So - now that your law mandates we purchase HC ins you seem to be talking alot how you have saved the HC industry and made life so much easier for everyone.

Guess what - Your mandate has made things worse.

  • "the basic theory here..." BHO in this clip

yeah - that would be a theory you have going there champ. not everyone gets sick, not everyone wants to purchase something because of your theory & even when people w/out ins. get sick that doesn't mean that everyone else has to pay their bills.

w/out the mandate your whole HC scheme goes down the toilet.

also - just because Romney mandated something doesn't make it a "republican" idea.

    bring a teleprompter next time.

  • individual gun ownership should not be controversial

  • Typical politician.

  • So since the mandate is unconstitutional then this is Obama admitting that Obamacare can't work.

  • Typical politician.

  • you don't have to own a car. if you do,you have to have insurance that protects others from your irresponsibility should you cause an accident. you can opt out of liability insurance by not buying a car. you cannot opt out of mandatory health insurance. this means govt or insurance companies could charge as much as they want and we would have to pay it. it is just plain unjust.

  • It shouldent be controveral but sadly Repubs are retarded. We already have individual mandates in many states requiring you to own car insurence to even drive a car. This is the same.

  • @Babylauncher3000

Lmao you don't have to OWN a car do you million's of people dont you do know that right in the massive city's you have real mass transit you do know that right so please TELL me and every one if you don't own a car do you have to buy car insurance ?????

  • @Babylauncher3000 i would stop calling other people retarded if i was you, especially if this is the only argument you have.

  • @Babylauncher3000 You are mandated to buy auto insurance because of the liability to others on public roads. It is not the same.

  • Lying sack of garbage...lies about illegals getting free medical care and lies about individual mandate...and the kool aide drinkers keep singing this POS's praises. STUPID!

  • @rehouston6521 yeah desperate stuff, not there next year but still pushing it for who????????

  • Stupid POS!

  • This guy must have been born under a rock.

  • Just like many other issues Obama flip flops on the isues & he says the republican(s) namely Mitt Romney has amnesia. Does this guy ever listen to himself talk ?
