Was a bit disappointing that the Franks had a French accent. They spoke a germanic language, cause they're a germanic tribe. The present day french are of most Gaul descent.
@Metaldude1945 France, Belgium, part of Germany and Switzerland, and Northern Italy were gaul, but gaul tribes had ancestors too, which were Celtics, and the name of the country ''france'' was given by king clovis I which was a frank. French is a derivation of franks.
@PhenixReviewz Well, the Franks were only an elite in modern day France, they were only 2% of the population. They only made up a very small part. They just ruled, but they have almost no ethno-cultural influence. The franks are the ancestors of today's Flemish people (Dutch speaking Belgians) and Dutch people.
i remember when i was 5, i used to play this all the time! i woulda always used that one cheat with the cars with rock attack thingies to kill peopel! ahhhh memories that was 10 years ago :/ back in preschool

So basicly, their ancestors are Franks and gauls.
And canadian's ancestors are french's
=)
And USA ancestors are from britain. =)
