First of all this trailer should never be side loaded/unloaded and second this dude creates too much hazard being so close to the building and bouncing up/down with boom. Lazy truck driver to disconnect goose neck...

I have seen worse unloading here on youtube. it was a flatbed truck with a excavator on it. just drove the excavator off with truck standing on back tires they used the bucket to let the truck down on its front axle.
