Just FYI, you're not supposed to read an opening statement. It undermines your confidence in your own arguments. Any lawyer owes it to their client to at least memorize the key points of their argument.

Terrible. None of the opening statement would be admissible in a trial. I would object to every single sentence. Plainly ridiculous.
