  • fantastic initiative shown by taco bell, other fast food companies could learn a lesson and take a leaf out of taco bells book.

  • more people need to think like you and know what you do

  • So this isn't some sort of joke? Is this actually on tv?

  • @DrAmazing it is!!!!

  • Exactly, make a fuggin salad! haha Taco bell is tasty though, do not try to deny. 5 layer burrito = goodness!

  • It's like a joke, but it's actually a serious commercial

  • Fantastic!

  • Wait, wait... so, I can lose weight withOUT getting out of my car? I'm sold.

  • where's Jerod ?

  • Love the comment!

  • holy shit... about time someone on youtube went to college! congrats my friend! diet without exercise is meaningless

  • thank you. someone understands metabolism

  • R they for real??

  • Nope they're serious. Toco Bell is now officially 'healthy'.

  • She is really hot, she was hot even before she lost the weight. She has a pretty face.

  • Taco Bell, stop where you are going now. For the love of god

  • The diet works even BETTER when you are DRUNK, and drive to Taco Bell after a night out. It works IF you follow instructions carefully:

    1. Go to a club or party and get inebriated. (make sure your car keys stay with YOU)

    2. Get in your car (make sure yo are good and drunk and very hungry!)

    3. Drive to nearest Taco Bell drive thru and place order

    5. At this point you will most likely be stopped by a cop and taken immediately to jail

    6. After 3 months jail time weight should come off quick!

  • if that diet doesnt include volcano tacos then count me out >:(

  • Tons are like this :D

  • taco bell is a few years behind the diet movement.

  • Taco Bell has a Jerod now?? Shit!

  • Is this real?Diet food from taco bell and I dont even have to get my fat ass out of the car?Awesome!

  • Make sure you up-size your Diet Coke too, right? haha!

  • LOL. SO FUNNY. I wished my tacos and burritos looked like that.

  • "these results aren't tipical" is all you need to know. But in the fast-foods corner these items can be made less-bad by always choosing the small size items, and going for salads (and only using a tiny amount of the dressing) if someone wants some fast food.

  • OMG OMG LOL HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

  • Fail

  • I saw this commercial and was like "Huh?". I would say this, fat or thin, I'd still hit that.

  • Amen bro.,...Id hit it before she lost weight !

  • Her photos show great progress. What was her motivation? doesn't matter. Since the Taco Bell diet is somewhat new, she didn't lose the weight eating burritos! Remember Jared? He lost his weight going to the much closer Subway, rather than hiking to McDonalds. He worked his way thru college renting out his porn collection. His motivation was Laziness and Greed. And a little Luck!

  • actually, there is truth to this: read at the bottom of :09 - it says that the items on this particular menu are 150-340 calories a piece, if you went there for lunch and even got two of the 340 calorie items, your total for that meal would be 680 calories, and considering that most ppl need to eat around 1600 calories to lose weight, this CAN be a part of a healthy diet weight loss plan

  • yeah, but i doubt one of the items is enough to fill a person up, it'd be better to get a salad with a light dressing and a sandwich. it'll come to about the same, but fill u up more. many taco ells don't have that menu, i know mine doesnt

  • @nummybarz There is a difference between a viable way to lose weight and "healthy". I have high doubts that if this diet is used the user will get inadequate vegetables, and most definetly zero fruit besides tomato in their diet. NOIT HEALTHY in any way

  • Yeah, fuck getting out of your car and walking inside a whole five feet to get your food, shed the pounds while never having to leave your car! You should eat while you drive too, all that extra hand movement swerving around to avoid pedestrians as you shove a handful of hot beans in your face has gotta burn at least an extra 2 calories!

  • wow... this is so pathetic that people atually fall for this shit...

  • LMAO even the commercial says it doesn't work ....read at the bottom n pause it at 0:14

  • lol at the people who think fast food can help a diet. People will listen to any easy and fast method, makes me think i should rip people off like that for some cash..

  • when i first saw this on tv, i seriously thought it was a joke.

  • but the 89¢ burittos at taco bell are bad ass, lol.....but ur not gonna lose weight from their ""diet"" menu... lol what a scam

  • UMM YEA THIS IS A LOAD OF SHIT LOL.....PAUSE THE VIDEO AT :15 SECONDS, AND READ WHAT IT SAYS AT THE BOTTOM... ".....AND REGULAR EXERCISE" <---- thats what makes u lose weight.....

  • The beans at Taco Bell are actually the only menu item (last I checked) to contain trans fat.

  • "I didn't want to cut out my fast food."

Can anyone guess why she was overweight to begin with?

  • aside from the weight thing, eating taco bell every day cannot be good for you.

  • lol @ this commercial

  • HAHAHA "Not a low calorie food"!

  • i went on the taco bell diet. i didnt lose weight but it was fucking delicious

  • except that mcdonalds has no beans and that is the best food on the planet for everyday food - I think this is less ridiculous especially if you are hungry and in a pinch for time. Not all day everyday, I eat bean burritos at home all the time and Im in great shape.

  • I could lose weight on Mc Donalds too, if I only ate 1,200 calories a day straight off their menu. This whole thing is ridiculous.

  • This is absurd. You could eat pure lard and lose 54 lbs in two years assuming you you ate only ~259 calories a day less than your needs.(3500*54)/(365*2). This could be achieved with pretty much any diet even steak and potatoes with self control; its only when you are losing more than 500 or so cal/day that you need to eat healthy to make sure you don't fall short of nutrition needs.

  • :12 it took her TWO YEARS to lose 54 pounds

  • these results are effected wtf

  • ROFL

"i knew i had to be realistic with myself"

    -_______-

    ridiculous.

  • I didn't want to cut down my fast food.. stubborn

  • how stupid do they think we are? this is sooo not healthy. she even says this is not typical results!!! 9 grams of fat for one taco is NOT healthy!!! wow
