There were some rough moments in there where I was unsatisfied with the results from other hair treatments. However, Im perfectly at peace with the whole process and very glad that I went forward with it and achieved the results that I have.. @itsmecassiej thanks for the info but i know my hair and i have been wearing sew ins and braids back to back for months now and my hair has never felt healthier and thicker my hair does better when braided not everyone is the same so if braids damage you hair by all means don't wear them but that is not the case for everyone

I stared my hair journey in June 2011 and like your self i love wearing weaves, but now since my hair journey im loving the full cap wigs. Would you say it was the braids that grew your hair because thats actually what my hair looks like under my wigs. Thank you the videos and hopefully my hair will be as thick and long like yours :)

@Jazzyliz18 thanks but sadly, it probab;y wont. Thanks to the African braider who braided my hair so tight. I had migraines on and off for almost two weeks. She had some nerve to get an atttitude when I told her not so tight, yet she continued!!! And she sewed them soo tight on my cornrows. I had crazy breakage when i took it out yesterday. I almost went bald on my edges if not for super grow and biotin. Sorry, but I felt the need to share this. So pissed i have to release all this anger.:-(

@itsmecassiej no, i understand your anger! that would make me SO mad! I lost my edges and got really bad bald spots too, they grew back (thankfully), but i applied vitamin E oil to the thin patches and took vitamin E pills. I hope that helps you!

o m g, your hair is gorgeous. i just started taking biotin last week because my hair is not even necklength. i cut it short back in january but since then its been growing very slow, hasnt made more than a centimeter of progress :( and if it has, the ends must be breaking or something. and i miss my longer hair. so hopefully the biotin actually wors for me cuz its done wonders for you!

@ihopeutubedies NO HONEY! lol too much intake of biotin makes ur face break out (acne) and hair in UNWANTED areas (face.. gross)... my doctor as well as many other doctors says that 5,000 is THE maximum. if u continue to take more eventually ur body will reject it completely. dont do it. and u will be wasting ur money because ur body doesnt even need half of 5000 anyways so the rest that wasnt used WILL be discarded in your urine. dont do it. lol :)

@glittered453 oh mybad lol i actually dont do anything 2 my skin i wash my face every morning with a wash cloth and warm water then put regular jergans lotion on my face for moisture as far as makeup on a daily bases i only wear mascara if that and when i do wear makeup its only like once every 2 weeks but i cant wear foundation at all cus it breakes me out so sometimes ill use powder just 2 get rid of the shine (i have oily skin) but even the powder is like 1 every 2 weeks
