Ignoring all of the controversy here, Congresswoman Giffords has a beautiful voice. Did anyone else find it poetic that she spoke about the freedom of speech so sweetly? Please, God and physicians, carry her through this. By all accounts, Gabby Giffords never had a harsh word for anyone, and her first reaction to verbal attacks was to turn the other cheek and offer to help.

Back then their were only 2 religions that were acceptable with the Settlers in America: 1. Christianity, Catholic's same as Christians (O.T.& N.T.), & 2. The 1st Amendment isn't a standalone set of clauses; its use must comply with the Constitution itself, notably on true liberty +general welfare.
There's no corporate Right to promote covert treason.
True Freedom of Press must also exclude DEMONIZING other people now included in The Press such as Youtube users, as that deterministically limits their freedom to get views across.

Let's agree on this: NO new laws to change the1st & 2nd Amendments! All bad ideas must be exposed as it is and the general public will make the correct choice through the VOTING process which will make sure that TRUTH triumphs. Ignoring all of the controversy here, Congresswoman Giffords has a beautiful voice. Did anyone else find it poetic that she spoke about the freedom of speech so sweetly? Please, God and physicians, carry her through this. By all accounts, Gabby Giffords never had a harsh word for anyone, and her first reaction to verbal attacks was to turn the other cheek and offer to help.

@TitParty Well how about Obama pressing toward a bailout in which the moneys whereabouts were unknown after distribution? Is this not worse than the tax cuts that the Bush administration passed? @TitParty just like tax cuts, bailouts, and health care... the degree to which the state intervenes is the difference between conservatives (which means conserving the Constitution and sticking with old beliefs) and liberals (a new way of thinking).. liberals want the government to become more involved.. but see.. heres the paradox we face today.. BOTH GROUPS WANT THE GOVERNMENT INVOLVED.. its socially paralyzing.. and it would be wise of you to realize that

You're deep in financial shit, but instead of trying to budget and get it under control, you think it's best to spend your way out of trouble. Anyone who believes that is delusional. Also, when in our countries history did we thrive? Was it when our government was smaller, or, the new montrocity? The larger the govt gets the more they control it's populace. The govt does not know what's best for me.

@TitParty Explain to me how spending phoney money stimulates the economy? I suggest you do some research on the privately owned Federal Reserve who controls the money supply. Everytime they print more money two things happen. We get further in debt to them as a nation, and inflation kicks in. Inflation is a hidden tax to steal more of our money. Is the debt going down? I would slowly phase out all unconstitutional programs and there are a bunch of them. The leaches wouldn't like it.

@TitParty Most all government programs are unconstitutional, especially social ones. Governments only have what they take from the people, nothing more. The dumber the populace the easier they are to manipultae. They want us dependent on them for that very reason. That was not this countries intent. Name a large government that's not corrupt, just one. Govts are power mongers who want obidient slaves who don't question anything. Want me to answer questions? Give me the same consideration.

@da324 government that's not corrupt? Its a nearly impossible question to answer, but I can tell you what governments I hold in esteem: Finland, Norway, Netherlands, Australia, Germany, etc. The types typically refered to as Social Democracies.
Dont like the military expansion? Neither does left. Join forces, reduce the programs you both disagree on: overseas military, DHS, TSA.

@TitParty You are right. It was a horrible belief, but true conservatives believe in the constitution and the constitution states that ALL men are created equal. There was a huge amount of racism, but that doesn't mean it was a conservative viewpoint. It was a social problem that our country had to go through. What I'm trying to say is that Liberals obviously like to go across sees as much modern day "Conservatives" do. Obama was deploying troops to Afghanistan... why? There is no difference

Afghanistan is a blackhole and dangerously close to Pakistan with nukes, that maybe the main reason. Join the Libs in reducing military expenditures and overseas military if you believe in that. @TitParty between left and right nowadays. The tea party, however, is completely different than any republican you've seen in the past 30 years. They are true conservatives.. so when somebody equates the word republican with them it makes you think of the awful things that Bush and Regan did to this country, but its really just a huge movement that's going on right now to revert this country to its original beliefs.

I'm not interested in what the left has to sell anymore than the right. And I'm not into socialism of any sort. As stated before, I can do my thinking for myself. This country is a Constitutional Republic where all laws are supposed to benefit everyone equally. There's a couple Dems and a few Republicans who get that. I'll support those ideals and principles.

@da324 It wasnt needed in 2006 that is why Obama was against it. Now, he got 2008 with massive debt accumulated by Cons government AND a financial crisis. When private sector contracts and workers are being laid off, staying aside and doing nothing creates a cascade of bankruptcies and unemployment. Imagine the consequences if GM was to fall. In this climate government is the only entity able to sustain employment. Compare that with WWII debt, in terms of GDP (available on net).

@TitParty It's not needed now either. The deficit has risen more in the last 2 years than GWB'S last 4. Companies are not to big to fail, unless those companies have ties to the Federal Reserve Bank. They're buddies, they're not going to,let their buds fail. No, they print more money which devalues the dollar more in turn causing inflation. @da324 GWB started 2004 with stable economy, not an economic collapse. Obama got 2008 with financial crisis, automakers going bankrupt, rising unemployment, and two wars. It took Cons 8 years to fuck up country and how can you blame Obama for not fixing it in 2 years?
You think we are spending too much? What do you think would happen if GM went under and banks would fail? Private sector failed, failed hard. Like it or not, its government's term to step in, like it did in 30-40's.

@da324 You have to be careful with facts: Dems gained legislature control in 2006, NOT 2004. For 6 years, Cons controlled entire government. Where do you get your facts from?
And yes, we are responsible for the well being of this country. We chose Conservative leaders which pulled back safety nets to allow corporations to run wild and as a result of our choices we must pay. I can remind you which party wants no control over corps and which wants sane controls.
