My favorite part is where all the gut-wrenching integrity kicks in: the opening gong. Jon's metaphysical musing, some of his most self conscious of all time being on this disk, detract less in hind-sight.

Now this is one hell of a cosmic journey!! The critics just never understood this album! They even got Jon and the rest of the band doubting the album even though its a friggin masterpiece of epic proportions! Imagine if Vangelis had joined Yes what more they might have come up with!
