  • Hi Lubkoyah, I'm glad that you like the video, please click on the like button to show that you liked it. Ohio is different from other states in 2 ways, first most counties sell tax deeds not tax liens and second the counties that do sell tax lien certificates bundle them into large blocks of liens for millions of dollars and auction them to big fund companies, so you are not able to start with small amounts in Ohio. Ohio is a not a good state for the small or even the average investor.
