@madeinkosova You need approximately 500 grams of flour, 400 ml of warm water, 1 egg, 2 tbs of salt for the dough. You mix all the ingredients and make a nice, soft dough. Let the dough sit for 30 to 40 minutes. After the dough is ready make around 15 little dough balls, depends on how much dough you have :-). Stretch every ball as the lady showed us on this video, Oil every "jufkica" :-), and put one on top of each other using 5 jufkica for one pile. You will have 3 piles if you made 15 balls.

I will reveal you a secret: you may buy the dough in "ethnic" stores. Goes under name Yufka, philo dough or "struddel leaves". Greek brand Casandra is excellent.
thanks for your reply,I live in Germany and I don't think we have these stores here.Anyway,after many times trying to make the dough it start to look better but still get many holes.. the problem is cleaning the kitchen after this,flour is every where in the house :-)
Partly right. You can go with yogurt only, but for genuine taste add pressed (or very well minced) garlic and sour cream (light variant, 12% fat). Finally, if you care more for the taste than diet, some melted butter.
How much of each? I would go for 1/3 sour cream and 2/3 yogurt. Mix and use some, maybe a liter, and wait to see whether the buredzici appear dry, which means you need more.
This looks sooo good! I am learning the language of the area but am not so good at it, so I could only figure the words for oil, butter, dough and meat :-). I am trying to learn to cook Balkan food, so this video is very helpful. Also, I like the music. Many young folks don't like the traditional music but it is lovely and I hope they never forget it. Zato je lik napisao da su buredzici, ne burek. Ti si haman od onih sto traze burek sa sirom i burek sa zeljem, hehe.
A sto su ve nane iste kad ih se slika/snima? I moja je ista, "Nemoj me, vidi kakva sam cupava..." i sl. Hehe.

i think the problem was with making of the dough.
Can someone please explain what ingridients to use on making the dough and the time it takes until the dough is ready to use
