There is no clear definition, and is dependent to your own opinion. Personally, any composition that was made with the intention of people listening and enjoying it is a song, regardless of its mood, genre or intention (subliminal or otherwise).

By the way, by definition, a song is 'singing or vocal music, or a musical composition suggestive of a song'. Which is what this particular video is.

Two Forms of Anger is an instrumental piece. And a bloody brilliant one at that.

sorry brian, not too interesting...all the sounds are tasteful (if unremarkeable) enough, but there is no dynamic to the mix at all...the elements don't form interesting relationships, they're just playing at the same time...still better than the ambient pap on the other tracks though...eno's lost his funk...I blame his support for the liberal democrats

what i meant is that this is not what i call a "proper" song with verse-chorus-verse structure etc...( tha eno did often beside especially in the early lp's) so a wouldn't call this a "song" but more a music background or weell... atrack wich is nice ! but then thers' no melodic line ,no words etc so is not a song like "by this river" or "st.elmo's fire" or "baby's on fire" beside eno did this kind of music
