And if lets say time travel is possible along with the grandfather paradox, meaning the paradox can be disregarded because it is already possible, won't you die traveling through time? Because I'm thinking if you were to travel backwards, wouldn't the time you spent traveling through time itself have to be stopped or even progress in reverse?
I want to ask the scientist in person, if time travel was possible, and you could create a way of going back in time without and limitations, how would you know you travelled back into time if you have no knowledge of your future (time which you came from?)
Time travel would be incredible. But if we traveled back in time would we only be witnesses in the time travel or would we actually be participants to possibly alter the past?
so if parallel universes are real then sending someone back through time to kill his grandfather may not affect the outcome due to the parallels which renders mallets idea of sending information back pointless due to the fact that he could be sending information to another universe rather than the one hes attempting to save or help.
@Zurround100 The lasers won't enable "him" or other humans to travel back in time; if you watch more of the uploader's videos, you will realize that he is trying to send neutrons, subatomic particles, and information back in time.
If there was any possibility of him building a time machine to save his father then his father would have never died because he would had saved him by traveling back in time.
@EuthanizeReligion Wrong, Einstein. Theorys say that there are parallel universes, possibly infinite of them, which, when you travel in time, you would switch too, allowing you to change the events without affecting the universe you came from. :)
It's "Time" I relieve Myself..damn computor!

Very cool. However, you cannot change the past.

@CaptainFeigh Maybe you can.... but that will create another completely different time-line, that won't affect OUR time-line. Good stuff =P
