Very nice, but some of those box "oversplits" on the wall bars, dont look oversplit to me. It looks just like straddles with the legs high up, hips arent truly "over". Nice videos though; say hello to the girls for me. Baletoman, you may enjoy my videos on my channel. My daughter is a rhythmic gymnast, she is 11, and is doing Grade 5 ballet( English ISTD grading).I wouldnt know the equivalent level in your country:)

No, ja ták nevým..... You only see these little cygnets stretch - you would like to see, whether they can DANCE at all at that age. I think, their czech teachers must be OVERambitious. Not all big dancers are overstretchy - dance is more than teasing your ligaments...

I'm beginning at 21. I'm out of shape (for ballet) and I feel like I've never used my legs before after 3 classes. It's tough work and embarrassing at times but it's worth it to reach your goal.

Again, some people are born with a "natural" ability to do this. This is pretty brutal and I see hyper-extension in the knees and it is being encouraged. I'd like to see how these young ladies are doing 10-15 years down the line.
