This is such a tragedy.Bellevile was a beautiful,historic city that had one of the 1st kindergartens in the U.S. It was settled by Germans who built an incredible town in 30 yrs.The early immigrants earned 9 patents,created the infrastructure,library,court house,many manufacturing companies,breweries and the underground railroad.We had an African American blacksmith and school teacher before the civil war.

This is such a tragedy.Bellevile was a beautiful,historic city that had one of the 1st kindergartens in the U.S. It was settled by Germans who built an incredible town in 30 yrs.The early immigrants earned 9 patents,created the infrastructure,library,court house,many manufacturing companies,breweries and the underground railroad.We had an African American blacksmith and school teacher before the civil war.
Now we can't drive down the st without obscenities being yelled at us.

It has its spots, for the most part suburb kids live there, but the trailor park kids are worse, in my opinion anyway. Ive lived in ypsi, belleville, jackson. They all had the bad spots. But I agree with you, Belleville is mostly white suburban kids, typical cars gettin broke into, but the highlight was the big ass brawl at strawberry festivl a few years ago. And in '78 when they had the BHS riots but nothin too serious, Two worst places Ive lived is Ypsi and Romulus tho.
