  • looks like it pinched u trying to grab onto something as it lost its grip.

  • lol soo awesome

  • I guess it didn't really bite me, it pinched me with its claws.

  • I just got bit by one of these today at marching band rehearsal. It was scary as shit

  • That wasn't a bite, that's more like a pinch. He didn't use his mouth =/

  • A praying mantis doesn't bite

  • @xonweb um.. yes they do :P what feels like a pinch to us, is deadly to small insects, its mainly what kills their prey

  • @XsONourFACEs I can see the bigger ones biting if their not used to being handled I have one as a pet and she's quite gentle

  • @xonweb yea i bet that would happen , however ive always had nymphs as 1 or 2's and i know for fact as little ones when they bite, its a pinch. and they only do that if theyre ridicously hungry too. so i guess its a number of things

  • @XsONourFACEs Mine was such a sweet heart now she's gone something went wrong during her molt I tried to nurse her back to health my mantis was good matured never bit just groomed me she loved attention

  • @xonweb when mantis moult and theres a problem its almost certainly because either it didnt have enough space, or the humidity is too low. u shuld make sure to spray water a lot when you know the molt is coming and give it a big enclosure, that shuld help :)!

  • @XsONourFACEs I kept her in a big cage and made sure it was spayed down Thanks for the advice though

  • hahah wen he falls over
