  • I LOVE the way Jafar ends the song "Can't wait to Discombobulate...I'll send you back and packing in a shipping crate.........you'll make a better living with a spinning plate, you're only second raaaate!!!" LOL ! He TOTALLY Owned Genie with that song!

  • This is the ONLY decent song in an otherwise GOD AWFUL movie.

  • Things could get ugly!

    Fucking cracks me up!

  • if robin williams had voiced him in this Jafar would have been second rate

  • I hate who spiders and other animals like wolfs are considered back because if we didn't have spiders we would all have bug in our hair 24/7

  • Wait a minute thats not Robin Williams's voice as the Genie now who the hell is the voice of the Genie in this movie?

  • @resdsox1 Homer Simpson.

  • @eptonsi Thats Dan Castellaneta doing the voice of the Genie wow I never knew that

  • only good song from the movie lol

  • i forgot that abys mal was in return of jafar. i only remember him in the spin off series

  • be happy in incompetent like mal found the lamp and not mozenrath.

  • @Wanderingsage7

That actually could've been a pretty damn cool movie (though I do really like this one)

  • Imagine how boss it would of been if Discord was voiced by Jonathan Freeman.

  • 37 people are ONLY SECOND RATE!

  • sorry, but I think the italian version is better. jafar's voice is really amazing! search it "tu sei di serie B" :D

  • Jafar should sing this to the Jonas Brothers, Milly Cyrus, Justin Bieber, and all those other wannabes, who will never match up to the epic-ness of the classics.

  • @ThePoketeers

Being branded "second rate" would, most likely, be an overstatement for them. They're probably "last rate" at most, when it comes to the technical complexity and the relative ambiguity/magnitude of the message they are trying to deliver, which are mostly about petty and subjective "problems".But alas, they are likely nothing more than just tools promoted by this world's current order to encourage idiocy and bad taste for easing the manipulation of the masses for several reasons

  • @slapsus So. I know Second rate is an overstatement, but this song is perfect to describe how superior the classics are to them.

  • is jafar a brony?

  • I'm here because of ponies.

  • 1:05 <------- MUSIC BUTTON

  • Thumbs up if Discord brought you here

  • @destructioncs Lol i saw that too lol brohoof

  • @destructioncs You too huh? /)

  • @destructioncs

Surprisingly he didn't. I'm disappointed in myself.

  • @destructioncs 69 people trying to upstage me in the role I was born to play. my GOD that's discouraging... NOT! all yall leave I NAILED IT

  • WHEN DID JAFAR BECOME AN ASSHO- wait a second.

  • Is it me or is jafar voice not match his genie foem

  • How come genie in Nothing in the World can turn everything into what he wants and not get tired and in this one he can't do anything?

  • @tardispineapple because he wasn't voiced by robin williams in this one.

  • This is my 2nd favorite Disney song after "Be Prepared".

  • I'm sorry Genie but there's no Robin Williams - we HAVE to agree with Jafar

  • This is nice, but finnish one is even better.

  • I know you didn't get a song in Aladdin 1, but there's such a thing as overcompensation, Jafar.

  • @TheChromish She actually had a song in the first, but they cut it out.

  • Since its been years since I've seen this how did Jafar manage to totally get the upper hand on Genie?

  • @Adamgontierfan19 Jafar still had his lamp which makes him infinitely powerful, where a genie without his lamp is only nearly infinitely powerful.

  • @CNJLC Ah I see

  • @CNJLC I thought it was because Jafar wished to be the most powerful genie in the world?

  • @TheChromish yeah, but genies are all equally powerful.the point was that Genie is weaker then him because he's not the wish granting variety sealed in a lamp anymore

  • @Narutopivotz But wherever does it say that in the film...? It also never states that all genies are equally powerful, not to mention the fact that the whole reason why Jafar wished to be a genie was to be more powerful than Genie himself.

  • genie you're not Robin Willams fuck off

  • Voldemort sings this song in the shower.

  • I never understood why in the second one the genie was wearing the gold cuffs/bracelets. Because they broke off at the end of the 1st one when he was freed :\ It symbolises that they are bound to the lamp, in which the genie isn't by this point.

  • same animation as the animated series

  • help me!

  • Hahaha! the villain's song is always the best song in any musical and this is no exception!

  • Jafar pulls Genie's pants down and showing his underwear and a big smile like the Joker. LOL

  • Things could get ugly Genie Says. LOL

  • The italian version is better

  • i sort of prefer this to prince ali reprise

  • Eeek, there's also a 1984 reference. Watching this just made my day.

  • @TinaJohnson42 Where? :o

  • A Psycho reference with "Granny's gonna grab ya." :)

  • 35 people are just of date. They're only second rate.

  • Wait a minute... Why doesn't Genie have a name?

  • Jafar is singing this about the movie not about Genie at all. (Apart from the fact this is not R.Williams) To think he's played by Homer Simpson and he doesn't once say D'oh!

  • -Hahahaha, who's laughing now?

    -I believe it's me. xDDD

Jafar - The best charachter in Aladdin.

  • SCOOBY DOO REFERENCE!!!!

  • Just for the note: Jafar is technically an efreet.

  • @Daniel4646

No he isnt. We seen what an Efreet is in the cartoon.

  • @Aerodeth Which cartoon, and in which part of it?

  • @Daniel4646

    The Aladdin cartoon series.

In the episode 'Of Ice and Men', Aladdin and his pals befriend an Ice efreet who they invite into Agrabah and artic hell breaks loose.

Another episode, 'Smolder and Wiser', Abis Mal buys a candle from a Mystic trader which allows him to summon a fire efreet.

  • The transformation into a genie obviously knocks a few screws loose. Comparing Jafar to "UNLIMITED POWER!" Jafar he spends most of his time acting like Genie.

  • Jafar is right about: "You got to learn about the genie game". IS HE THE SECOND PERSON TO SAY 2+2=5?

  • @Agentcobrabubbles1

Besides, 2+2 and any other mathematical calculation being equal to anything is quite probable if we are to analyze the probability from a perspective that's relatively higher than that of the basic mathematics humans commonly use. People, most likely, use numerical terms to keep track of relative finity more easily, but from certain perspectives, from larger objective povs, we don't yet know how much of what we think we know is actually correct and valid.

  • Is it just me, or does genie sound like Homer?

  • @TheCheesyPanda101 Please tell me that you know that it is the same voice actor.

  • @Seargent363 I do, but the voice actor that they chose reminded me of Homer is all

  • @TheCheesyPanda101 Because it is the same person.

  • @TheCheesyPanda101 I will only think that true if I here Genie say "Doh"

  • Jafar is such a badass!!!

  • Maxim's Hot 100 2011:

    5. Mila Kunis

    4. Cameron Diaz

    3. Katy Perry

    2. Olivia Munn

    1. Jafar's thumb

  • @Kev95682 Make that Jafar's ego!

  • 2:36 Pyscho!!!

  • man a lot of things rhyme with rate

  • the animation oh god

  • Is it me or does this song sound a little perverted?? its probaly me

  • @jonnylpg1993 Yep, you're perverted. :P

  • Dan Castellanetta's great and all, but no-one could follow the hairyman as the genie.

  • The best song in the entire movie. :)

  • "Granny's gonna grab ya!" ._.

  • Never would have happened if Robin Williams was voicing him. Genie's powers seem to double when that happens.

  • Please please please can you upload the instrumental only version of this song! REALLY want to use it as a baddie's song for panto this year! Would be very grateful :)

  • i used to think he said, you try to slam me with your harvester!

  • @Kuridado

Looking closely at the hand that's about to spin the plate, you can tell that it was SUPPOSED to be the genie hand (it had long nails and the shackle), but it was colored in wrong. It was probably a production error.

  • @Kuridado Also, it's his left human hand and his right genie hand^^

  • @Kuridado he's a genie. He eats the laws of reality for breakfast!

  • @Kuridado Magic

  • @Kuridado

In addition to this he also switches his right and left hands during this.

  • @Kuridado To quote Mr. Bean: Magic. *snort snort*

  • @Kuridado Okay, I get it, STOP RESPONDING! Yeesh. Its like looking at a clingy internet girlfriend!

  • @Kuridado

He also switches hands.. Its been noticed. Many times.

  • @Kuridado Because he is a genie and can do what he wants

  • way better than are you in or out! even though thats awesome!!

  • @ChildOfTheWilderness yup. and you are correct. that isn't robin williams. it's dan castellaneta (homer simpsons voice)

  • @ChildOfTheWilderness Jafar did get to sing in the First Movie, it was just a reprise of another song. But in orignal Tune and Lyrics, he was denied of that until this number came along.

  • jafar is one of my favorite Disney villain

  • This movie sure was second rate compared to the original..

But I must say, I'm digging this song! Thanks again Jafar! :P

  • when he turned around as the granny it always used to freak me out sooo much when i was little lol!

  • Don't diss Homer Simpson

  • I want to see an mma fighter come out to this song it would be epic. Preferably Anderson Silva.

  • Genie's second rate!?!?! I mean to intrude on your moment Jafar but, WHO WROTE 2+2=5!?!?!?!?!

  • @INvADeRZim789789 It's a reference to 1984.

  • @INTPTT Huh?

  • @neofire10 It's a book, the kind you read in high school English.

  • @INTPTT All I'm saying is that he needs to check his work. these days they teach us 2+2=4, we don't want little kids messing up, do we?

  • @INvADeRZim789789 I'm pretty sure little kids know 2 + 2 = 4.

  • @INTPTT Of course, but when little kids watch this, they're too young to understand reasoning, so they just develop 2+2=5!!!

  • @INvADeRZim789789 Oh god...I never noticed that before!!! LOLOLOL!!

  • @INvADeRZim789789

He was most likely being sarcastic.

  • 2:37 -- Wasn't this a take on the painting "Whistler's Mother"?

  • graphics suck....voices suck... da fuck??

  • why are all the aladin movies in my head afther all those years..

  • @cc10266 Only in the first movie.

  • 34 people were caught by granny!

  • Genie is not second rate. Homer Simpson Genie is second rate.

  • oh come on guys! give Dan some props. He may be no Robin Williams but that's more because since Robin improved most of his material and these writers can't compare. Dan on his own does a great job impersonating this character.

  • 0:05 looks like balls.

  • RObin WILLIAMS= BEST GENIE EVER

  • 0:39 Genie: He's a genie, and genies can't kill anyone. (zap) 0:44 But you'd be surpirsed what you can live through.

  • @Rgoid Yep! imagine been bottled up in a crack pot for ten thousand years!

  • Talk about throwing ants in your picnic...

  • 34 people are Second Rate

  • Hmmm, becoming a genie must have scrambled Jafar's brain... Why did he say that Genie was always good for a laugh? I don't recall him ever laughing at anything the Genie did in the first movie! Also... when did Jafar become so goofy? The Genie curse I tells ya Makes you goofy and unable to help from singing! Also the sequel curse...

  • @zauneth

He meant "good for a laugh", not in the sense that he's funny, but in the idea that he's pitiful and laughable.

  • Comment removed

  • GRANNYS GONNA GRAB YA

  • Classic Disney always had the best villain songs.

  • did robin williams do the genie in Kingdom hearts?

  • @DIsturbios1234 Nope. Robin Williams has only done in Aladdin 1 and Aladdin 3, everything else is Dan Castlenetta.

  • @KisiroKitsune well he sounds closest in KH

  • Jafar is more powerful, because he's smarter ;) he can take better advantage of his power...

  • Dan Castellaneta did genie in this sequel (i had to google it my self) which is y its not as good cuz robin Williams aint in it.

  • Has anyone else wondered exactly why Jafar is more powerful than Genie? I mean, think about it; Genie has had more than 10,000 years to completely master his powers. Jafar has only had a few days. I really don't think he'd be that powerful.

  • @gan0nghid0rah Was explained in the Aladdin, if I remember correctly. Genie was freed, and this act has cut his powers significantly. Jafar, on the other hand, was still "genie of the lamp", which gave him greater power at the cost of imprisonment.

  • @eViLPaCcc Also, Jafar's final wish was "I wish to be an all-powerful Genie". Plus, his second wish was to be the most powerful sorcerer in the world; perhaps that gave him more power as well as a genie.

  • This animation is terrible compared to the original.

  • @friendshipsystem YES.

Very rare that someone agrees with me! Just imagine how great this movie would have looked..

  • @zether720 Yah, if they would have used the same animation it would have looked great!

  • @friendshipsystem I agree, I always knew something was off when this came out, but Kot(III) seemed better made. Since this was Disney's first direct-to-VHS in May 1994, it was only developed over a period of 6-8 months during August/September 1993 and April 1994 by their T.V. animation department. Aladdin's production was a full 2-2 1/2 years from 1990-1992, using much better studios. They definitely utilized more budget for Lion King's sequels than Aladdin's for some reason.

  • Why does the genie have manacles on? They are only supposed to be there on genies imprisoned in lamps as a sign of servitude >.<

  • It sounds like GRANNY'S GONNA CUT YA! but I still that part regardless X3

  • being a shit load of spiders then giant jafar? omfg best idea ever

  • I did'it like return of the Jafar

  • Haha granny is gonna grap ya

  • Anyone else notice Genie's voice *Hommer Simpson*

  • who do I know that is 2nd rate or 2nd to his brother

  • Why did Jafar take Genie's pants off?

  • awww this was my shitt!

  • grannies gonna grab ya!!!

  • This... doesn't even feel like it should have been from a movie. This just seems like it was lifted out of the cartoon series.

  • @Karlfalcon The series and the second and third movies were created by the same studio.

  • apparently Jafar has been taking courses at the Ministry of Love....

  • He was so evil and cunning, it's awesome. Anyone else wish he would have won?

  • lol!

    Genie: Hahaha! Who's laughing now?

Jafar: Hahahahahahahaha! I believe it's me...

  • Don't dellude yourself Jafar, you're only stronger now because the Genie has lost part of his powers.

  • The jafar at Disneyland scares me

  • @425puppy HAHAHA Touche!

  • @425puppy Uh read your comment back to yourself to see how little it made sense....

  • @425puppy The Genie in the first film was voiced by Robin Williams. THIS is the same guy who voices Homer Simpson. He hasn't got the same energy that Williams had.

  • He's not as good as Robin Williams.

  • homer does the voice of the genie in this film. =D

  • Jafar's an EPIC villain. In the 1st movie he blatantly steals Prince Ali's song and makes it his own. Now he just makes up his own.

  • JAFAR1 DONT YOU DARE DISS THE GENIE-hold on, wait, this isnt robbie? Oh...never mind then, continue!

  • i can hardly wait to discombobulate, send you back packing in a shipping crate, YOU MAKE A BETTER LIVING IN WITH A SPINNING PLATE, YOUR ONLY SECOND RAAAAAATTTTTTTTEEE!!!

  • Of course this Genie is second rate...he's not done by Robbin Williams.

  • @VashxShanks It's a good thing someone else noticed that.

  • @VashxShanks Dan Castellaneta did a great job, actually

  • @kfkzzy True, but he ain't no Robbie.=)

  • @VashxShanks HEY! dan castellaneta tried, man! its not his fault disney failed at casting! plus, he wasnt allowed to say "D'OH!"

  • @Astrithor LOL that would have been funny if he could.

  • @VashxShanks Actually, in every Aladdin movie but the first, he's voiced by the same guy who voices Homer Simpson. Only in the first one is he voiced by Robin Williams.

  • @OMGStrangerDanger Actually there are 3 movies I know about, the first one and the third one (King of thieves) have Robin voicing the Genie and only this one is not.

Where do you get your information ?
