Well, up against Sarah's voice Avril does sound a bit off for this song, but I don't think she sounds flat! They are just very different artists with very different voices and the way they sing is really different too, Sarah put more emotion into it and sounds like she is moaning a bit sometimes (Not that she isn't an AMAZING singer) and Avril just sings it more straight forward without bending her voice so much. I particularly like Avril's voice better.

Sarah's falsetto is better than Avril's. Sarah has seamless transitions whilst Avril just puts up a pitchy sounding chord. Note, Sarah sings all the falsetto parts and the top harmony. Avril is still an amazing singer though...

I like it. However, I feel it shows that Sarah truly has a beautiful voice that has developed from years of performing live whereas young Avril has long way to go in relation to voice control, tone & key control. Let be honest Avril is a bit rough & out of tune at times. Let hope she continues to write & develope as she is definately a talented artist. Her live singing voice will improve with time. All in all not a bad clip except for all the banter in the background.
