Problably this is the correct form and I use most of the steps excepting to wash my wrists, I see that not useful, I rarely get a dirty wrist. Also at home I wash the fawcet handle too so I don't have to use my elbow as my hands and handle are clean, of course in a public restroom is different.

FAIL!!!!!!!! Never shake water off your hands before you dry them! By shaking/flicking water off you freshly rinsed hands you can spread germs around the sink and yourself. Do it right, or don't do it at all:)

Very nice, I enjoyed that a great deal, espectially the music! But I believe the rinsing technique was slightly incorrect. I understand that you should rinse starting from the fingertips and finishing at the wrist, making sure that the water flows away from the tips of the fingers throughout.
