  • what airport did you do touch and goes at?

cool video i live in flagstaff and love 104's

  • There are no big issues but there are many requirements you have to meet for the FAA to approve your aircraft for experimental operation. There are many classic jet warbirds flying around in the U.S. There are countless T-33s and L-39s as well as more esoteric types like the 104s, Mig-21s, a Mig-23, an F-100 and others like that.

  • I wonder what the legal ramifications of owning this aircraft are XD

    Badass video BTW.

  • That's what it's all about right there!

  • I was out on the BUFF ramp at Castle AFB December 1984 when I heard this howling noise.... NASA F-104 was doing a touch and go... amazing sight that I will never forget to this day.

  • At $4.50/gal and 866 gallons, that's about $4000. That gets you about 90 minutes of flying time if you don't use the afterburner too much.

  • How much would it cost to fly in such if it was available and how long would the average type flight be?

Cool video. Just like being there.

  • It's a two seater? the one in x-plane isn't but good video i enjoyed it.

  • What an experience!
