Hm. Agreed, Touhou characters have unusually good and versatile projectiles by fighting game standards, but their defenses have lost a lot moving to MUGEN, and they can't retain their guard crushing or staggering melee moves (I assume stunning still works). Not sure that bombs as regular special moves and not needing to declare spell cards makes up for it.

Wonder if anybody's made the Story Mode versions of Sakuya or Remilia - I'd guess either could handle both the Ms at once in that form.

The Sakuya I have back then does not have a AI, unlike Remilia. She was still in development. She has AI now thanks to a AIpatch update.

The Remilia version I have is very old. Have it for a year now. I never have the updated version of herself. So I'm guessing the recent version is less powerful, right?

In fact, from what I know, that version of Remilia is the cheap version made by Kuri. This match was a set-up! Remilia isn't THAT fast.
