Let me see if I'm understanding this right. You can shoot and kill a person in self defense but not a friggin' Grizzley Bear! I can't just imagine a parent watching a bear attack their child and saying to themselves " I better not shoot this bear because it's on the endangered species list and I'll get into trouble."

Hiya, umm.. just a quick question.. ummm.. could one saaay.. operate heavy equipment while suffering this affliction to the senses? while it may not exclude a perception of reality, might not that reality be altered 'Just a Tadd'? because its clear to me that this 'Self-Administered-Disability' would certainly affect the audio,visual, & mental capabilities of someone acting rationally in the 'Realm of Reality'...
