  • Can someone explain why there is color in this film? I am sorry if I sound like an idiot, but I thought that color cameras didn't come out until the 60's.

  • @HeroOfTime121 Wizard of Oz was made in 1939 and it has color. But a lot of things even up to the 60s were filmed in black and white. Color was more expensive, and not everybody had color TVs.

  • @Jabberwockybird Okay, thank you very much. :)

  • i hear natalie portman sucks on mila kunis's snatch in this

  • This is the best pirate movie ever made

  • Tyrone is very handsome here

  • ONE PIECE!

  • @CRlSTO yeah baby yeah, thats the real deal!Better than movies today!

  • better than this movies today

  • @dragob732, ARGHHH, RIGHT ON. The acting alone is way better than any thing even Johnny Depp can muster these days. The fact that the actuallt built actual full size ships for these old films makes the fancy CGI creations of today not so impressive. Against all Flags & Captain Blood with Flynn are pretty amazing too.

  • @Wolfen443 that pirate movie of johnny depp had a complicated style, you couldnt understand anything, especially in the third movie with that octopus guy,One Piece is 100 times better than johnny deep movie!

  • @Wolfen443 You mocking the modern CGI is understandable, which is something I agree with, but you consider the acting in this flick better than Johnny? are you out of you mind?these people act slightly better than elementary school play productions, you can almost see the script just by listening to their monotonous portrayal of what they memorized.

  • @toxicsnake, Johnny Depp is the only one these days that can carry such a film granted, but sorry he is no Errol Flynn. Power was not the greatest casting choice for this film, but the spectacle at that time was more important than the average quality of the cast. Hey, they still out act anyone these days by a the lenght of a sword anyhow.
