I didn't realize it before, but it seems that the whole idea of Sheep Man is a joke. Philip K. Dick wrote a famous sci-fi story called 'Do Androids dream of Electric Sheep?'. Sheep Man has taken this line of thought to the extreme, by being electric and able to multiply into several clouds (think counting sheep while sleeping).

Between him and Commando Man, Sheep Man is my favorite so far. :D

As for the Capcom games, here's my theory; Capcom is making remakes of each of the steps in Mega Man history, like in 'Mega Man 9' Mega Man couldn't slide, but in 'Mega Man 10' maybe he can, and in 'Mega Man 11' he could use the Charge Shot, changing the game-play slightly each time. Ultimately it seems like Capcom's heading in the direction of connecting the classic 'Mega Man' and 'Mega Man X' sagas, and explaining what happens to the characters and Zero's past, but we'll see what happens....
