ANYONE who utters such insanity has obviously never served and should be forced to do a couple of combat tours and then work in a Veterans Hospital to see the carnage of dumbya's "romantic" war in Iraq. Ask 1 of the 30,000 disabled US Vets from Iraq with no legs and no arms if they think war is "romantic". dumbya is an IMBECILE

Cheney was even worse. Chickenhawk took "5" deferments and never served a day. Literally said, 'I had other priorities in the 60's'
The Afghanistan war is so romantic - just look at how much earlier girls there are getting married now *sigh*. Clearly US troops are spreading romance everywhere.

My father was a disabled combat Vet who spent many years in Veterans hospitals and eventually died in one. As a kid, I'll never forget going to the VA hospital to visit my Dad and seeing all the disabled and horribly disfigured Vets. In all my conversations with them, NEVER did I ever hear the word "romantic" used to describe combat. Such callous disregard is typical of dumbya and his ilk....who got us into Iraq based on LIES in the first place.
