A big fat spider is a healthy spider!

They aren't just storing the fat they store all the nutrients too and slowly digest the food over a period of days or even months!

And I think Zilla is pregnant in this video (Rob said he thinks she's gravid, gravid is pregnant)

about the same size as my goliath haha mine recently moulted, takes her about 2 weeks for her new skin to harden and for her to begin eating again. shes eating locusts like no tomrow , and at present i tried feeding her a thawed mouse for a nutrition boost and to get her abdomen back to size but she wont take it. but she usually svavenges it an hour or so after just leaving it in there

Nope....her abdomen is still red so the new exo hasn't even started forming yet....it will change to a beige color, then gray and eventually black just before a molt....you can see the orangish-red color on her abdomen....I think she's preparing for a sac!!!
