You made a great purchase! Its a good setup. What you didnt learn about yet, and an expensive lesson if you dont learn it soon, is called "torque arms". I have a couple from "amped bikes" I like theirs, their design allows them to be fit to almost any application at all! There are other companies, look around, get the best ones you can afford for your bike! Two! One on each side! CHECK YOUR NUTS (axle nuts that is) OFTEN! Good luck!
Excellent bike frame. Do those wheels slip with that low rolling resistance under high accel? I upgraded my antique mongoose electric to a 48 vdc 1Kw model; not hub like this, rather it's chain attached to 9 " sprocket for single speed operation. The amount of torque and power available is near unstoppable. Ebiking is the best thing to happen to me in awhile. I will have video up soon if things go my way. Cheers
They stick like glue on dry pavement. If it is wet or loose gravel or a wood surface things get real exciting way to fast. You really need to pay attention or you will pay a visit to your favorite doctor! Be careful and ride with head gear.
Yes it worth the money. I enjoy the bike every time I ride it! Easy to install and very quiet and fast. 35-40 mph level surface. You should be very pleased with this kit! Enjoy
