I vaguely remember this one, but this is the one I heard first. KTVU didn't seem to use this one very often before they went to the one that had the trombones trailing off at the end.
I'm sure Ron Boltz was voice over for many cities nation wide. I mean I don't think they're going to pay him to do promos just a few times a week. He must have did them all day long for different stations everywhre. Before you make claims why don't you at least Wiki the guy first
I could use 1000's of these types of Bay Area/L.A. promos, bumpers and newscasts. I will reward all who post this stuff with multiple views and favorable ratings. 70's/80's NoCal/Socal kid with a nostalgia jones.

I'm 99% sure I remember seeing that VERY commercial! Channel 2 was our "cable" back in the day ( we lived in Nevada).

Correct me if I'm mistaken, but didn't KTVU's early '70's logo resemble that of BBC2, somewhat?
