  • I vaguely remember this one, but this is the one I heard first. KTVU didn't seem to use this one very often before they went to the one that had the trombones trailing off at the end.

    "There's only one two"...DINK!...wahhhhhhhh

  • I'm 99% sure I remember seeing that VERY commercial! Channel 2 was our "cable" back in the day ( we lived in Nevada).

    fun times, fun times!

  • "There's only one two"....DINK!

  • I'm sure Ron Boltz was voice over for many cities nation wide. I mean I don't think they're going to pay him to do promos just a few times a week. He must have did them all day long for different stations everywhre. Before you make claims why don't you at least Wiki the guy first

  • I could use 1000's of these types of Bay Area/L.A. promos, bumpers and newscasts. I will reward all who post this stuff with multiple views and favorable ratings. 70's/80's NoCal/Socal kid with a nostalgia jones.

  • @jackskeets1 have you checked out ktxl77 he has tons of tv 40 out of sacramento like remember tom labrie's waterbeads and night comfor theater?

  • Where did Ron Boltz do his Voice over work From was it La or SF

  • didn't Ron Boltz also started annoucing for KTLA at this time

  • That was great!

  • Correct me if I'm mistaken, but didn't KTVU's early '70's logo resemble that of BBC2, somewhat?
