ugh, i only got the time to read about 15 books this year, half of them agriculture-related (i study agronomy ^^)... i should read more i think, after watching your video ;)
I have a non-fiction suggestion for you. It's called Jailed for Freedom by Doris Stevens. The one I have was edited by Carol O'Hare. It's about the women's suffrage movement. Good job meeting your challenge!
My favorite book this year had to be The Great Gatsby or The House on Mango Street. They were both books that really kinda struck me in different ways. The Great Gatsby was more just as a great piece of literature while Mango Street was just a book that I could greatly relate to and some of the vignettes really just stuck to me.
As far as reading goes, I'm gonna try to finish the books I have in my personal library. I went a little book crazy when thrift shopping the past couple of years but never got around to finishing anything. Although, a customer of mine lent me The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo and I'm determined to finish it before watching the movie.
Used to be an avid reader, but since my vision loss (legally blind) I only read audible books. And, have let that slip this year. Only reading 2 the whole year. You made me think about it and reassess my reading goals! Thanks! Hugs Eva
I'm gonna read the man behind the nose. Sounds interesting . BTW I was on Bozos Big Top tv show when I was a little girl, when it was filmed in Orlando Florida. I sure would love to see that video ! Thanks for your videos I LOVE THEM ! God Bless
My favorite book of the year is otherwise known as Sheila the great or good luck. They are cool books.

I put reading more on my resolutions list, and most of those books are already on my Nook :)

Congrats on reading more of your goals.
My goal was to read 52 books. I think I only got to about 40ish books. I will have to look at my list to make sure.
I still need to do a video on the reading update and book wrap up soon.
