my father taught me as a kid how to fillet a pike properly,...alot of ppl hate pike because of the bones,... me? ive never had a pike with bones so i dont know what it would be like,... but i enjoyed your video all the same,... you spoke very clear and were able to show in detail of how to remove the Y bone,.. thanks for a great vid!!!  im actually having pike for supper tonight that was caught earlier on today,... HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

@heettreet Pickerel are one of My favorite's along with Lake erie yellow perch, but i have never tried pike!
