  • The thing many people don't get is how drugs are pretty much pointless in many areas and simple things can change so much. As an example: a surprisingly large amount of health issues can be cured (or at least eased) by getting the right amounts of SLEEP! It really does help. Sleep is your bodies natural state where it doesn't worry about physical actions and can get down t the important stuff you really need! (I'm a bit hypocritical though as I'm writing this at 3:20am) do as i say not as I do..

  • Yes! your so right, we do need our 8 hours a night to refresh our brain but if you poison your brain with drugs called food then it will not sleep and you will be awake most mornings at 3:20am.

  • Do you have a suggestion for lowering cholesterol without drugs? My bad cholesterol is 297 and my good cholesterol is 37. How can I fix this with my medication. Thanks for your help. : -)

  • I can't claim to be an expert on Cholesterol but I can make you 20 years youger within a month or so and that in itself will improve your energy and concentration which will in turn get you up and out and doing things that you never thought possible. Your tubes will clear and you will become a new person and Cholesterol problems will be a thing of the past.
