for the first, tobi will be in the game. u can see it in the trailer. I think that the story will be to sasuke vs itachi because you can see on one picture when sasuke does the chidori on the ground, he doesn't do that until he meets itachi. the fight between pain and jiraiya comes before that and pain is on the cover so i beleive that pain and sage mode jiraiya will be in the game ;D
