I think this is a great thing your doing. From someone who got a few extra pounds by doing this it makes use feel better that you know where we are coming from when we might say we can't do something we aren't saying we can't do at all but just not at the time. I wish you the best and I hope your able to shed it off. Thanks for doing this for all us over weight people out there and understanding what we go through. We all can't be a size 0 or size 2.
