Many artists do things like this. Some of them are just inspired by someone else - it's legal, and very useful. Some artist buy parts in music libraries, which is also ok (many artists can use the same part if they pay for it). There is also a posibility, that they made something simmilar by accident. I'm not judging anyone.

@Vasoslaihiala I've got to agree with you there - I've entered a bit of a black metal phase myself listening to bands like Bathory, Mayhem, Emperor, Darkthrone and others which I've enjoyed a heck of a lot so far... but then it's always great to come back to Power Metal bands like this one, Conquest, Cryonic Temple, Dragonland, Stratovarius, Rhaposdy of Fire, Sonata Arctica, etc. And Altaria was one of the first power metal bands I listened too and the reason why I love Power Metal now. :)
